Support the implementation of the Rural Environmental Registry 2.0 (CAR 2.0) system, through the digital transformation of SEMAS/PA, ensuring data quality and security, as well as the development of a system for environmental and commercial readjustment for small-scale producers that are part of the livestock chain in the State of Pará
